2014 Theme Description “Vision Without Boundaries”
Many of our goals and dreams fail simply because we place limitations upon ourselves. Jesus gave us the vision. However, many times we are not working to fulfill our "vision" fervently and purposefully because we have placed boundaries in Kingdom places where boundaries shouldn't be. It is our prayer that through powerful teaching and glory filled worship, we would be quickened and encouraged to press on toward the mark of the prize of high calling in Christ Jesus concerning us. Lack is not reason for our failure to fulfill our visions, fear is. Fear is one of the biggest self-erected barriers to success. We have fear of what others may think, we have fear due to a lack of support, we have fear due to a lack of resources and we have fear due to our own lack of understanding and faith.
Luke 18:27 says, "What is impossible with with men is possible with God". What we learn from this scripture is that God is infinite. God is all-powerful, all-knowing and all-capable. There are no limits restricting God. Yet, we tend to limit the power of God and restrict His purpose in us. We fail to allow God to be glorified through us because we keep thinking we have to do things in our own might. Zachariah 4:6 says, "So he said to me, "This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: 'Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,' says the LORD Almighty. Let us be quick to remember that God is our provider. If He gives us vision, He's given us PROVISIONS. We can't put limits on God and we shouldn't place limits on ourselves.
